Dr. Clara Sartor is a licensed naturopathic physician in the states of Arizona and DC and a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Arizona.  In 2022, she received her naturopathic medical degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University of Health Sciences) and her acupuncture degree from Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.   She received her bachelor's degree in computational and applied mathematics and statistics with a focus on mathematical biology and a minor in French and Francophone studies from the College of William and Mary in her home state of Virginia.  

 

Dr. Sartor's passion for integrative medicine extends to community medicine.  During her naturopathic medical school career, she completed the community health honors track, focusing on serving the underserved and underrepresented and making healthcare options more accessible.  These included treating patients with diverse conditions including diabetes, degenerative arthritis, and anxiety.  This passion was continued throughout her acupuncture school career as well via working at a community clinic serving patients with conditions such as sequelae of stroke, migraines, and cognitive impairment.  She continues to help patients with a variety of concerns including fatigue, mental health support, hormone optimization, chronic pain, and optimizing digestive and metabolic health.  

 

As a naturopathic physician, Dr Sartor uses a variety of tools to help heal patients.  Modalities for naturopathic doctors include pharmaceuticals, supplements, minor surgery, acupuncture, physical medicine, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, botanical recommendations such as tinctures, and homeopathy.  Some of Dr. Sartor’s favorite modalities include homeopathy, botanical medicine, and acupuncture.  She enjoys improving the quality of life and getting to the root problem of medical concerns for her patients.  In her spare time, you can find her spending time with friends and family, practicing Kung Fu and Chinese Lion Dance, gardening, or playing the piano.
