After beating my body in the military for over 20 years I had zero ideas of the cumulative damage that I had done. It took partially tearing both Achilles to get me to slow down long enough to let Autum figure it out. A year and a half later the Achilles are a huge improvement from the day I hobbled in, now we are addressing other issues that fell by the wayside.
