A Weekend Retreat with Josephine Spilka

We're honored to host teacher and practitioner Josephine Spilka for a transformative weekend retreat right here in Asheville. Drawing on Buddhist meditation, classical Chinese medicine, and the wisdom of compassion, this immersive experience invites you to explore what it means to live and serve from a place of love rather than limitation.
The weekend begins Friday evening, May 1st at 7 p.m., and continues Saturday and Sunday, May 2–3 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Whether you're new to contemplative practice or a seasoned student, all levels of experience are welcome.
