Spring Equinox Sound Bath + Community Acupuncture

Join us in honoring the Spring Equinox — a sacred turning point as we transition from winter’s quiet inwardness into the expansive, rising energy of spring.
This special 75-minute session weaves together the vibrational healing of a singing bowl sound bath with gentle community-style acupuncture to help you harmonize with the season of growth. In Chinese medicine, spring corresponds to the Wood element — the energy of vision, creativity, momentum, and inspired action.
Participants will be provided with yoga mats, blankets, and supportive props to create a deeply comfortable nest. You are also encouraged to bring anything additional you may need to feel fully at ease — a favorite pillow, extra layers, an eye mask, or any personal comfort items.
Once settled, the sound bath will begin, allowing your nervous system to soften and your body to open. Acupuncture needles will then be placed to support the free flow of Qi, helping you release stagnation and cultivate clarity, creativity, and forward movement.
