Do we take Insurance?

We are mostly out-of-network providers which means that we require full payment upfront to eliminate billing surprises and, upon request, we provide a detailed receipt that allows you to seek reimbursement from your insurer. If you are unsure if your insurance company will cover your bill, please call your insurance company before your appointment or submit your insurance for verification below and we will discuss it with you during your Meet & Greet.

Keep in mind, in some cases we can bill your insurance for out-of-network benefits, but if your insurance company does not cover integrative medicine, many patients end up saving money over time through reduced medications, less time off work, and prevention of future health problems.

Alternatively, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Plans can be used for our services and supplements. We also offer financing and payment plans through CareCredit to enable monthly affordable payments.

Dr. Autum Kirgan DACM, L.Ac is IN-Network with Aetna, United Healthcare, & Optum VA Community Care
Parris Marks, L.Ac is IN-Network with Aetna, United Healthcare, & Optum VA Community Care
Clinicians who cannot give ICD10 and CPT codes within North Carolina at this time include: Nutrition Health Coaches, Estheticians, Doulas, Reflexologists, and Naturopathic Doctors

Do we offer Financing?

Financial options are available through CareCredit if you purchase a package.

We are also accepting CareCredit as payment for those at already have financing through CareCredit. This allows you to set up a payment plan for services that you need now. It also allows you to see multiple clinicians within a short period of time without the financial burden. To learn more about packages you can schedule a Meet & Greet with our providers to discuss your options.

If you are booking A La Carte, talk to your practitioner to see if he or she offers a sliding scale.
