Vanessa Sychak

Vanessa began her journey into the healing arts through yoga, meditation, and energy work. Yearning to learn more about the body and healing, her journey took her to Thailand, where she studied Lanna Healing and martial arts. Craving a more solid foundation in anatomy and fascia, she studied at the Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO.
 

Rolfing is a system that utilizes many techniques to help the body ease while increasing function, motion, and support. This delicate art of sensing into the layers of the fascia uncovers whole-body relationships while gently easing the system into releasing holding
patterns.
 

Vanessa’s sessions are a collaborative process of exploration. Working together as a team, clients can uncover connections and inhibitions while achieving a deeper understanding of the relationships within the body. Sessions with Vanessa range from gentle to deep
touch while seamlessly weaving movement, energy work, and craniosacral. Through
these integrative sessions, clients will often better understand themselves and how they move through the world.
